Accommodation & Facilities

BEDROOMS:
Three spacious double bedrooms - 1 double and  2 twin rooms.

BATHROOMS:
One bathroom on each floor consisting of bath tub with integrated shower and screen, double hand basins toilet and bidet. Hair driers in each bathroom.

KITCHEN:
Fully-fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

LOUNGE:
Large spacious lounge situated around a modern fireplace and a flat screen TV/DVD/CD player - two large sofas. Extra seating in dining room.

DINING ROOM:
Open-plan dining room/lounge - Dining table with seating for six.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT:
Two full sets of adult golf clubs four adult tennis rackets.

GENERAL:
One baby cot with high chair and baby changing facilities. Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

OUTSIDE:
Outside patio with large breakfast table,  one built-in BBQ area, large private pool with steps, 1.3m deep, four sun loungers with cushions, beautiful landscaped garden.
ACCESS:
Parking for 1 - 2 cars in drive; extra parking outside the villa gates.

OTHER:
No cleaning unless requested. Daily/mid week maid service available at extra cost. Quality welcome pack on arrival (included).
