Payment is usually accepted in Pounds Sterling unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £300 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure, less a reasonable charge for breakages or damage, if appropriate.

Rates include gas and electricity. An additional charge of £75 per week is payable should you require the pool to be heated. Cleaning and laundry before and after each visit and a change of linen every week are included. If additional cleaning services are required during your stay, these can be arranged at additional cost.
